Charles R. Machado, Esq. is the founder and principal at Machado Law, P.C.

Charles began his legal work at the Kings County District Attorney’s Office, in the Investigations Division. There, Charles handled an entire misdemeanor caseload and worked on some of the Office’s largest investigations with a focus on healthcare fraud, financial crimes, racketeering and real estate fraud. While employed full-time, Charles enrolled in New York Law School’s evening division, attending law school four nights a week. Eventually, leaving the District Attorney’s Office, he was employed as a Law Clerk at Dickler & Roth, LLP in Lower Manhattan. At Dickler & Roth, LLP, he gained significant experience handling transactional real estate matters and also managed the firm’s real estate litigation department. Following his tenure at Dickler & Roth, LLP, Charles worked in the healthcare industry leaving to form Machado Law, P.C.

In addition to New York Law School, Charles is a proud graduate of St. Francis College and Xaverian High School. He currently resides in Brooklyn with his wife and their four children.
